Returns and Refunds

If you would like to return product, please contact us at sales@hoistcentral.com for a Returned Goods Authorization. Unused and non-damaged product may be returned within 30 days for a full credit or refund. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and must return the item with prepaid freight terms in the original packaging.

Availability and lead times may change per manufacturer.

Standard re-stocking fees apply for returns if applicable.

No returns on cut products (ex. cable, chain, or rope).
