Shipping & Returns
In all cases, you will need to contact customer service at 1-888-380-4265 to receive a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#). Returns received without a valid RMA # on the package will be refused and returned to sender. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund including shipping, if the return is the result of our error. In cases where you have a special order, incorrect part ordered or factory direct shipment, your return may be subject to a restocking fee or non-returnable depending on the product SKU. If the part needs to be returned to the factory for evaluation and fails such evaluation, no credit or refund will be given.
The RMA# must be noted on the original pack list and included inside the package. In addition:
- RMA # must be noted on the shipping label to be accepted.
- Contents must be packaged and protected.
- The item(s) need to be shipped within 1 week of RMA # date.
- For your protection, insure your package and ship it to the address provide on the document.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes us to process your refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Please Note: The RMA # is active for 14 days. The refund you receive will be for the item price minus the shipping cost.
