Magnetek Inc (Electromotive Systems) - 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty

The Impulse G+ Mini is covered by Magnetek Inc's 2-Year warranty. Details provided below:

Magnetek Inc. warrants that, for the warranty period set forth in the applicable Rider, the products will conform to the sales contract specifications and be free of any defects in materials (unless materials are specified by Magnetek Inc.) and workmanship. Magnetek Inc.'s warranty does not apply where: the products are not installed, maintained or used in accordance with Magnetek Inc.'s installation, maintenance and operating procedures provided to Buyer; the products are damaged, misused, or abused; the products are altered without Magnetek Inc.'s written approval; or repairs are needed due to normal wear and tear. Any repairs or other corrective maintenance attempted by anyone other than Magnetek Inc. during the warranty period shall void the warranty. Notwithstanding the preceding, Magnetek Inc. does not warrant products or accessories manufactured by third parties (and Magnetek Inc. hereby disclaims any and all representations and warranties, express or implied, applicable to such products or accessories); such products and accessories are subject to the product warranty, if any, provided by the third party manufacturer.

EXCEPT FOR THOSE WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION, MAGNETEK INC. HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

To submit a warranty claim, Buyer must promptly upon discovery of the claim return the subject products to Magnetek Inc. for inspection, return freight pre-paid. Magnetek Inc. will charge for the handling and service of products returned in error or out of warranty.

MAGNETEK INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, COST OR EXPENSE FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, EXCEPT AS AND TO THE EXTENT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION. Buyer's exclusive remedy, and Magnetek Inc.'s total liability, under this product warranty shall be limited to a refund of the purchase price paid for the products found to be defective, or the repair or replacement of defective products, at Magnetek Inc.'s option. BUYER HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT MAGNETEK INC. WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE SALES CONTRACT OF WHICH THESE GENERAL TERMS ARE MADE A PART, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) ANY SUCH DAMAGES ARISING BY BREACH OF WARRANTY, FAILURE OR DELAY IN MANUFACTURE OR DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS OR IN USE OR PERFORMANCE OF PRODUCTS.
